Toronto Warez Inc. ("we", "us") operates ParlayPrize. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
We do not collect financial account information, government identification, or payment details. We never ask for your banking or brokerage credentials.
By entering, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from us about the contest — verification codes, entry confirmations, reminders, and results. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will stop sending messages, but withdrawing consent may prevent us from administering your entry or delivering a prize.
We display offers from third-party financial services partners and may earn a commission if you open an account with one of them. We do not sell your personal information. We do not give partners your phone number, email address, or contest activity. If you choose to click through to a partner, any information you provide on their site is governed by their privacy policy, not this one.
Participating in any partner offer is entirely voluntary and has no effect on your entry, your odds, or any prize.
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the contest, and only as needed to do so — for example, our SMS delivery provider and our web host. These providers are bound to use the information only for the services they provide to us.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Some service providers may store or process data outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
If you win, we will publish only your first name, city, province, and score, as described in the Official Rules. We will not publish your phone number or email address.
We keep contest entries and related records for as long as needed to administer the contest, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal and audit obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Phone numbers of people who have opted out are retained only as needed to honour that opt-out.
We protect personal information with technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, one-time codes that are stored only in hashed form, rate limiting, and restricted administrative access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these obligations seriously.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email hello@parlayprize.ca. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
The contest is not open to anyone below the age of majority in their province or territory, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted here, and the "last updated" date above will change.
